Mr. Burger has been active in industrial real estate brokerage for over fifty years, specializing in building and land sales as well as leasing.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Burger was a principal in the Manhattan Company, Troy, Michigan, for five years as an industrial real estate broker. He began his career in 1966 with the Byron W. Trerice Company, in Southfield, Michigan, as an associate broker. He is an individual member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1975 and he has served as the Michigan Chapter President. He served on the Board of Directors of the National SIOR.

Additionally, Mr. Burger has participated on numerous other Realtor committees. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and he attended the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration in Ann Arbor. Mr. Burger also attained the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Burger is now the mentor of Burger & Company, which is the successor company to a partnership he founded in 1980. He has also completed well over $200,000,000.00 in sale and lease transactions.

Mr. Burger has three children, and five grand children, and lives in Milford Michigan.
