Mr. Pellerito earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State Law School in 1989. Since his graduation he has worked exclusively as a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in Industrial, Office and Land Properties and has personally closed over 400 transactions in Metro Detroit.

 

Mr. Pellerito worked at the local brokerage firms of Schostak Brothers and Noble Realty as well as the national brokerage firm of Grubb & Ellis before founding his own firm, Pellerito Properties, Inc. in 1994.  From 1994-2005 he became familiar with all aspects of the commercial real estate business and, as President, was personally accountable to each of the firm’s clients.  Prior to joining Burger & Company in 2020, he gained additional brokerage experience while at the firms of Lee & Associates and Pilot property Group.

 

Mr. Pellerito has combined his legal background and knowledge of contracts with his extensive experience in negotiations to assist a diverse group of clients in achieving their commercial real estate goals. Several of his noteworthy lease transactions include Laser Welding International (53,000 sq. ft. Industrial), Bielomatic (32,175 sq. ft. Industrial) and Renesas (20,000 sq. ft. Office).   Some of his larger sales include Warren Screw Products (146,000 sq. ft. Industrial), Testek, Inc. (87,000 sq. ft. Industrial) and Ask Services (20,000 sq. ft. Office).
