Niko Ponos earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Olivet, where he also competed as a collegiate athlete, serving as a pitcher on the baseball team. Before graduating in 2025, Niko completed two summer internships
with Burger & Company, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in industrial real estate.

Following graduation, Niko began his full-time career at Burger & Company—a respected local brokerage with national affiliations and a proven track record of more than one billion dollars in successful transactions since its  founding in 1980. Niko now works alongside Vice President Nicolo Burger, SIOR, CCIM, and Senior Associate Jack Bushart as part of the Burger & Bushart Industrial Team, where he plays a pivotal role in the team’s ongoing success.
 

Niko works closely with clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease industrial properties, with a primary focus on the Western and Southern Wayne County markets.
 

A Novi native and graduate of Novi High School, Niko’s local roots and proximity to his markets allow him to remain readily accessible and highly responsive to his clients’ needs.
