Mr. Rose earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Wayne State University in 1986. While completing his education, he ran his own auto detailing business, honing essential skills in management, sales, and
accounting.

After graduation, Mr. Rose began his career in the automotive industry, starting in the quality control department and quickly rising to the position of Plant Manager. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by expanding the company’s workforce from 20 to over 120 employees and streamlining operations for greater efficiency and productivity. He also maintained strong customer relationships by meeting regularly with clients.

In 2001, seeking a new challenge, Mr. Rose transitioned into the commercial real estate field, where he could leverage his interpersonal and management expertise. He began with a hands-on approach, knocking on doors and making cold calls—a successful strategy he continues to embrace today.

Over his three decade career, Mr. Rose has been highly active in Metro Detroit’s real estate market, successfully navigating complex industrial and commercial transactions. He has represented many national companies, including:

• Sunbelt Rentals: 51,000 sq. ft.
• The PIC Group (a division of Chrysler Corporation): 40,000 sq. ft.
• Uncle Ray’s Potato Chips: 90,000 sq. ft.

In addition to industrial properties, Mr. Rose has also represented customers and clients in their acquisition and disposition of office and commercial buildings.
