Victor Burger is a third-generation real estate sales associate specializing in the sale and lease of industrial properties in Metro Detroit. Victor is the son of Burger and Company’s President, Paul E. Burger, SIOR, and grandson of Edward R. Burger, SIOR, co-founder of Burger and Company, a brokerage that has sold and leased over One Billion dollars worth of transactions since inception in 1980.

Since beginning his career in 2022, Victor has assisted customers and clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing real estate in Oakland County. To date, Mr. Burger has closed 20 transactions, for 379,700 sq. ft. of buildings, 22.75 acres of land and $20,219,024.00 in transaction volume.

 

Victor is a notary public and has also completed the prestigious Dale Carnegie Learning Program. He is a candidate for membership in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.
