Mr. Wax earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in
1961. From 1961 to 1990 he owned and operated Metropolitan Detroit’s largest wholesale bakery supply distribution company, which he sold in 1990.

Mr. Wax has been in the commercial/industrial real estate industry since 1992. He specializes in the sale and lease of industrial property. He is also proficient in the sale and lease of commercial and office real estate.

Mr. Wax is a Senior Associate with Burger & Company. During his career, Mr. Wax has personally closed over 1,500 transactions, encompassing over 18,000,000 square feet of industrial, commercial, and office property. These transactions total in excess of $550,000,000.00 and included the sale of a 949,684 square foot building in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Mr. Wax is married, has two grown children, and has resided in Farmington Hills for over fifty years.
